Galaxy S3 received 9 million Pre-Order



Samsung has received 9 million pre-orders of more than 100 international operators for the upcoming flagship Smartphone Galaxy S3, Korea Economic Daily reported.

Plant in South Korea's, Samsung Smartphone running at full capacity, which is 5 million units per month, according to the same report.

This is good news for Samsung, which became the world's largest phone maker in Q1 2012. The company is also the undisputed king of the Android market: Its smartphone sales represent about 40% of all Android-based smartphone sales worldwide.

Samsung Galaxy S3 hit Europe on May 29, followed by a U.S. launch in June.

It sports a 4.8 inch touch screen, an 8-megapixel rear-facing 1.9-megapixel camera and front-facing camera, and comes with the newest version of Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
